Help Desk Assistant Duties and Responsibilities



Helpdesk assistants provide technical support to clients and staff, troubleshooting, quota assistance, and performing various software tasks. Office assistants are hired by companies of all kinds to work full-time and part-time in all shifts, including evenings and weekends. Help desk assistants write communications to keep a detailed record of all problems that are identified and corrected.

Install programs on the computer

Installation desk assistants install software and updates to troubleshoot and troubleshoot technical issues.

Help desk assistants perform user account maintenance. This includes deleting users, adding new users, and updating user information on the system.
